Careers

Wernle Youth & Family Treatment Center is a family focused, child centered agency providing opportunities for the growth, development, and treatment of troubled children and their families – individually, interpersonally, and socially – through strengths-based, trauma-informed programming.

As a non-profit organization, Wernle employs professionals, paraprofessionals, administrative, and service positions. We welcome resumes and applications, especially from experienced clinical and programming staff, including youth counselors, therapists, case managers, program managers, and assistant program managers.

Wernle Youth & Family Treatment Center is also supported by administrative positions, dietary, housekeeping departments and a development department that actively seeks support from individuals, organizations, and churches that care deeply about the adolescents we serve.
