PK Residential Hall Tour

Welcome to Pastor Paul E. Knecht (PK) Residential Hall

This is an open residential unit for boys ages six to eighteen.  Children that live in this unit attend Richmond Community School, eat meals in the cafeteria, have individual, group, and family therapy, and leave campus for outings in the community.  These outings include going to the movies, beach, park, fishing, golfing, etc.  These boys participate in lots of on campus recreational activities and have lots of free time. These children attend school for half a day at Richmond Community Schools the  grounds of Richmond State Hospital .

PK WEST

PK West is a 10 bed unit for residents age 6 to 13.  Due to the high activity of these younger residents a higher staffing role is in place.

PK EAST

PK East is a 10 bed unit for residents between the ages of 13 - 18.  This is the least restrictive unit on campus outside of Transitional Living.

Each side has it's own television room for entertainment and games.   This is the common area of PK Unit and the Youth Consoler Office.
